We want you to feel confident when shopping with us. If something isn't quite right, we offer free returns for store credit and exchanges within 14 days of receiving your order.

UK Returns
We offer free returns for exchanges and store credit within 14 days of receiving your order.
If you'd prefer a refund to your original payment method, a £3.99 fee will be deducted from your refund total. This covers the prepaid DPD returns label we generate for you through our portal.
When booking your return, Our shipping team will send a return label (no printer needed) via your email address of your order that is prepaid.
Please keep your returns receipt until your parcel is safely back with us.
Once received at our warehouse, we aim to process your exchange or refund within 7 working days. You'll get email updates along the way.
International Returns
Customers are responsible for arranging and covering the cost of return shipments within 14 days of receiving your order.
Please contact us at info@sol3mates.xyz for return authorisation and instructions before sending items back.
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will process the refund or store credit promptly. Please allow 7-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account depending on your bank or payment provider.
Exchanges
If the size isn't quite right, we are happy to offer an exchange for a different size of the same model.
To request an exchange, contact info@sol3mates.xyz with your order number and the size you would like to receive. Availability is subject to current stock.
Sale items may be exchanged for the same style and colour, subject to availability.

Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must meet the following conditions:
- The product must be in new, unworn condition.
- All original packaging must be included.
- Shoes must be returned in their original shoe box.
- The return request must be made within 14 days of delivery.
Returns that do not meet these conditions may be refused or returned to the sender.
